SMM: in order to further reduce the flue gas volume and pollutant emissions of iron and steel enterprises, recently, the Tangshan Air pollution Prevention and Control leading Group Office organized and compiled 11 iron and steel enterprises within 25 kilometers of the city center, "one plant, one volume", to achieve accurate control of iron and steel enterprises.
Relying on professional third-party organizations, Tangshan Atmospheric Office carried out on-site inspection of 11 iron and steel enterprises one by one, and combined with the current situation of the enterprises, compiled "one plant, one volume", that is, "precision control implementation plan" and "precision control law enforcement manual". The main purpose of this control is to reduce emissions by implementing "slow air reduction" to blast furnace at night, supporting to reduce pollution emissions from sintering, lime, steelmaking, steel rolling and other processes, and at the same time by controlling transport vehicles to reduce tail gas pollution.
After the implementation of the "one plant, one volume" precision control program, 11 iron and steel enterprises are expected to reduce hot metal output by about 32.8%; emissions from major sites are expected to be reduced by about 24.8%; and particulate matter in the whole plant is expected to be reduced by about 25.2%. Sulfur dioxide can be reduced by about 35.3%, and nitrogen oxides can be reduced by about 35.5%. In addition, the Precision Control Law Enforcement Manual has formulated verification standards and methods for each enterprise from raw material transfer, sintering, ironmaking, steelmaking, rolling, and vehicle control requirements one by one, and on-site inspectors only need to implement "yes or no" one by one to determine whether the enterprise has implemented the management and control requirements, simplifying the complex inspection and making it easier to operate.
