General situation of the project: Gansu Jiugang Tiancheng Color Aluminum Co., Ltd. has built a green short-flow cast-rolling aluminum deep processing production line, including cast-rolling workshop, cold rolling workshop, color plate workshop and supporting public auxiliary facilities, with an annual output of 400000 tons of aluminum and aluminum alloy processing materials, of which 200000 tons are used for aluminum alloy curtain wall panels and aluminum foil blanks and 200000 tons for aluminum alloy coated plates and strips. The project relies on the establishment of a green short-flow cast-rolling aluminum deep processing production line to upgrade the industrial chain of aluminum finishing foil. The main raw materials for the project are cold-rolled billet and aluminum foil billet, which are supplied by the green short-flow casting-rolling aluminum deep processing project casting-rolling workshop and cold-rolling workshop, the hydrophilic foil billet is supplied by the project aluminum foil workshop, and other production and auxiliary materials are purchased by the market. Products are outsourced mainly by railway transport, supplemented by road transport. The project site is located at the extension end of the green short-flow cast-rolling aluminum deep processing project in Jiabei Park (part of the original cold rolling workshop), covering a new area of about 50,000 square meters (hydrophilic foil workshop). The company plans to carry out the rolling line leasing cooperation project for the relatively rich production capacity of the green short-flow cast-rolling aluminum deep processing production line. The project plans to lease 20 green short-flow cast-rolling units (including melting and holding furnaces), 1 cold rolling mill, 1 supporting rewinding unit and 6 annealing furnaces to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results. The annual output of the project is 168000 tons of cast-rolled aluminum coil and 60, 000 tons of cold-rolled aluminum strip.

Project Overview: 330kV rectifier transformer is the core equipment of electrolytic aluminum DC power supply system, which plays a key role in the field of electrolytic aluminum DC power supply. The reliability, stability and safety of its operation directly affect the safe production of electrolytic aluminum system. Dongxing Aluminum Industry Jiayuguan has 24 330kV rectifier transformers, including 7 sets of 450000 tons in the first phase, which have been in operation for 9 years, and 17 sets of 900000 tons in the second phase, which have been in operation for 7 years. According to the "guidelines for overhaul of Power Transformers" (DLT573-2010), combined with the operation, condition evaluation and recommended overhaul cycle of rectifier transformers, 24 330kV rectifier transformers in Dongxing Aluminum Industry Phase I and Phase II need to be overhauled step by step.
The overhaul process of 330kV rectifier transformer mainly includes lead removal, oil discharge, removal of connectors, bell cover, body inspection and treatment, insulation test, bell cover reset, oil injection and restoration of accessories, etc. 330kV rectifier transformer has the characteristics of large body volume, large body weight, high voltage level, complex internal structure and high insulation level, so there are strict requirements for overhaul environment (dust, humidity, etc.), transformer oil quality, maintenance workshop height, hoisting equipment and so on. At present, Dongxing Aluminum Jiayuguan and the surrounding areas do not meet the requirements of the maintenance plant. If the 330kV rectifier transformer is overhauled and returned to the factory for maintenance, the transportation cost is high and the transportation cycle is long. Considering the transportation cost and maintenance quality, it is absolutely necessary to build a transformer maintenance workshop.
In addition, it is considered that there are more power generation enterprises in Hexi region, and there are also many large enterprise groups such as Jiugang Group and CNNC 404, and the market for transformer maintenance business is relatively large, so it is necessary to establish a large transformer maintenance plant in Jiayuguan area.
Focus on the development of supporting industries: preliminary maintenance plant gradually planned construction area of 1300 square meters, maintenance workshop span of 27 meters, supporting external oil pumping devices and pipelines (to the interval of each rectifier transformer). Equipped with crane 200t (single set, length 30 meters), air heating and purification device, gas phase drying room, group parts room (including maintenance platform), power distribution room, tool room and life auxiliary room. The follow-up can be expanded according to the market situation.
Investment estimate: the cost of civil construction and installation of the factory building is about 10 million yuan, and the investment cost of equipment is about 20 million yuan.
