In view of the impact of the epidemic, the evaluation meeting was held in the form of video. Li Wangxing, Technical Director of Chinalco, Chen Xuesen, General Manager of Investment Department, Zhao Zhengang, overseas President of Chinalco, Zhu Jiaming, Deputy Party Committee Secretary and Deputy General Manager of Shenyang Institute, and Jiang Yuehua, Deputy General Manager of Shenyang Institute, attended the meeting. The person in charge of the design and marketing department, aluminum oxide room, project chief and related professionals attended the meeting.
After listening to the report of the chief designer of the Shenyang Institute on the feasibility study report, the Guinean government evaluation experts agreed that the Shenyang Institute showed him a high-quality work within a specified period of time, and the report was detailed and well-justified. in line with the relevant provisions of the Mining Agreement.
Guinean government officials said that Chinalco kept its promise to complete the alumina feasibility study report on time, which is a milestone in the Chinalco project, and the Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources of the Guinean government, as a technical department, will provide full support for the implementation of the project.
At the meeting, Chinalco overseas Development Co., Ltd. exchanged views with the Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources of the Guinean Government on the next step, and both sides agreed to continue to optimize the feasibility study report and further improve the project yield through joint efforts.
