(2) the main production equipment (blast furnace, sintering machine, converter, steel rolling, etc.) does not belong to the "industrial structure adjustment guidance catalogue" restriction category and elimination category;

3 according to the "urgent notice on strengthening the treatment of Gas Emission in Iron and Steel Industry" to complete the treatment of gas emission and pass the acceptance.

Class II: if the following two conditions are met at the same time, the production is limited to 30%. Based on the production capacity of blast furnace, the production limit ratio of blast furnace is determined according to the quantity, time and load of blast furnace. At the same time, the production of sintering, pelletizing, converter and steel rolling are stopped synchronously. The same below)

The main results are as follows: (1) according to the requirements of "implementation Plan of Deep Emission reduction in Iron and Steel and Coking Industry in Linfen City in 2019", enterprises that have fully completed the treatment of deep emission reduction and passed the acceptance verification;

2. Jiangsu will launch yellow early warning for heavy pollution weather in 8 cities along the Yangtze River

The Jiangsu Provincial Department of Ecological Environment said on the 29th that due to adverse meteorological conditions, the atmospheric diffusion conditions in Jiangsu Province are relatively poor. After consultation between the Jiangsu Provincial Environmental Monitoring Center and the Jiangsu Meteorological Station, starting from 8: 00 on October 31, Jiangsu Province launched a yellow early warning for heavy pollution weather in eight cities along the Yangtze River.

It is understood that from the early morning of November 1, the air quality of the eight cities along the Yangtze River will reach moderate to severe pollution, reaching the starting conditions of the yellow early warning of the "Jiangsu Province heavy pollution Weather Emergency Plan." Jiangsu Environmental Monitoring Center will pay close attention to the change of air quality and update the early warning information in time. The relevant districts and cities should be prepared in advance and start the corresponding control measures to reduce the impact of pollution process on atmospheric environmental quality.

Falling factor

1. Ministry of Ecological Environment on Air pollution Control in Autumn and Winter: resolutely oppose "all shutdown" and "stop first"

According to the China News Service, Liu Youbin, spokesman of the Ministry of Ecological Environment, said that in this year's action plan for tackling key problems in autumn and winter, it resolutely opposes "one size fits all" and does not involve mandatory off-peak production and extensive shutdown of production, and resolutely opposes perfunctory measures such as "shut down first, stop first," and so on, and strictly do a good job in the prevention and control of air pollution in autumn and winter in accordance with the regulations.
