SHANGHAI, Jul 23 (SMM) – China's inventory of primary aluminium across eight major markets, including SHFE warrants, lost 16,000 mt from Thursday July 19 to stand at 1.81 million mt as of Monday July 23, SMM data showed. Fewer deliveries from smelters accounted for the drop.
Inventories resumed their downward trend after a week-on-week rebound of 22,000 mt last Thursday. The rebound came after 10 consecutive weeks of decline.

Wuxi, Jiangsu – 775,000 mt
Shanghai – 420,000 mt
Nanhai, Guangdong – 229,000 mt
Gongyi, Henan – 163,000 mt
Hangzhou, Zhejiang – 117,000 mt
Tianjin – 53,000 mt
Linyi, Shandong – 27,000 mt
Chongqing – 23,000 mt
