SHANGHAI, Sept. 11 (SMM) – Home prices and sales in China’s first-tier cities have been cooling down for months.
Many home buyers are worried that home prices might rise in first-tier cities with arrival of traditional peak-demand season in September and October.
Several industry insiders see little chance for home prices to see big increases, but expect a slight rise in home sales.
