El 30 de junio, Minmetals New Energy anunció que sus subsidiarias de propiedad total, Hunan Changyuan Lithium New Energy Co., Ltd. y Jinchi Energy Materials Co., Ltd., habían ganado un juicio por disputa contractual contra Zhicun Lithium Group y otros. Se emitió la sentencia de segunda instancia, desestimando el recurso y confirmando el fallo original, resultando vencedoras las subsidiarias. El caso implica 181 millones de RMB e intereses relacionados, y la tasa de admisión del tribunal de segunda instancia de 370.400 RMB deberá ser asumida por el apelante, Nan Jinxi. La compañía había realizado previamente las correspondientes provisiones para deudas incobrables, y esta sentencia podría aumentar las ganancias del período actual, sujeto a los resultados finales de la auditoría.

Under the agreement, Rongjie Energy will supply a total of 3 GWh of 314Ah lithium iron phosphate (LFP) cells and related accessories to Lineage Power for its utility‑scale and commercial & industrial (C&I) energy storage projects, covering both the Indian and international markets. The agreement also covers pricing, quality specifications, warranty terms, and delivery schedules, and includes provisions for joint quality assurance, technical collaboration on system integration, and supply chain transparency, providing long‑term supply chain security for Lineage Power's energy storage projects. Rongjie Energy's manufacturing base in the Guangdong‑Hong Kong‑Macao Greater Bay Area offers significant logistical advantages, enabling efficient delivery to India and other overseas markets.

Dingxi, Gansu Launches $8.8M Lithium Battery Recycling Project with 10,000 Ton Capacity
Recently, the relevant authority released the first public announcement on EIA for the new energy waste power lithium battery recycling and dismantling project in Dingxi, Gansu. The project involves a total investment of RMB 8.8 million, located in the Circular Economy Industrial Park, Anding District, Dingxi City, Gansu Province. It consists of one waste LIB recycling and dismantling production line, equipped with single-shaft shredder, nitrogen generator, carbonization furnace, cooling furnace, linear screening machine and other key equipment. Upon completion, it will achieve an annual dismantling capacity of 10,000 tons of waste LIBs, yielding 800 tons of copper, 600 tons of aluminum, 100 tons of iron, and 7,100 tons of black mass per year.

It consists of one waste battery recycling workshop, one dismantling workshop, one warehouse, and supporting environmental facilities including solid waste collection and temporary storage.
