Fujian Company Announces Expansion of LiPF6 Production to 50,000 Tons Per Year

On May 22, a Fujian company released the first environmental impact assessment public notice for the technical renovation and expansion of a 50,000-ton-per-year LiPF6 production project. The project will utilize the existing LiPF6 workshop for technical updates and expansion, adding a 32,600 t/a production unit to ultimately form a 50,000 t/a LiPF6 production line.

Yinghe Technology announced plans to acquire a 100% stake in Aonhua (Shanghai) Automation Engineering Co., Ltd. for Yuan 204 million. Upon completion, Aonhua Automation will become a wholly owned subsidiary of the company.
