【SMM Steel】US issues preliminary AD review results on Mexican OCTG imports

【SMM Steel】The US Department of Commerce has released preliminary results of its AD administrative review on OCTG imports from Mexico for the period November 2023 to October 2024. The department found that Tubos de Acero de Mexico, S.A. sold OCTG products in the US market at prices below normal value, with a weighted-average dumping margin of 1.62%. The review for Siderca S.A.I.C. and Vallourec Oil & Gas Mexico was partially revoked due to no reviewable imports. The USDOC plans to issue its final determination within 120 days.
