[SMM Iron & Steel] Champion Iron Completes Production Tests for DRPF Project

Champion Iron reported that initial production tests for its Direct Reduction Pellet Feed (DRPF) project were successfully completed in March 2026. The company anticipates first commercially sellable high-grade product to be available by the end of Q2 2026. This project is a strategic move to capture the growing demand for high-purity iron ore required for electric arc furnace (EAF) and DRI steelmaking.
