Energy Vault Enters Japan market with 850 MW BESS Portfolio

Energy Vault has acquired an 850 MW battery energy storage (BESS) project portfolio in Japan, marking its entry into the market.

The company expects strong growth driven by grid constraints and rapid renewable expansion, and also aims to leverage rising demand from AI computing.
