【SMM Aluminium Flash News】Emirates Global Aluminium announced the opening of its metallurgical testing laboratory in the United States.

Emirates Global Aluminium (EGA) announced that its expansion project at its Spectro Alloys recycling plant in Minnesota, USA, will include a metallurgical testing laboratory, providing metallographic and mechanical property testing to improve the quality of recycled aluminum. The project will add 55,000 tons of capacity, bringing the total to 165,000 tons per year, and is expected to commence operation in 2026.
