罗文：综合整治“内卷式”恶性竞争

国家市场监督管理总局党组书记、局长罗文指出，当前，“内卷式”恶性竞争破坏了市场公平竞争秩序，扭曲了资源配置与价格信号，阻碍了企业向价值链中高端的发展。要综合整治这种竞争现象，必须实施系统施策，加强政府、企业、行业协会的协同治理，建立长效机制，激发各类经营主体的内生动力和创新活力，推动有效市场和有为政府的有机结合，打造既“放得活”又“管得住”的经济秩序。
