【Geely Merges Battery and Automotive Businesses】On April 22, at the 2025 Shanghai Auto Show, Geely Holding Group announced the completion of the strategic integration of its battery business, establishing a new battery industry group—Zhejiang Jiyao Tongxing Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Jiyao Tongxing"). The original Golden Brick Battery and Shen Dun Short Blade Battery were unified under the Shen Dun Golden Brick Battery brand, achieving a powerful integration of Geely's self-developed and self-produced battery safety systems and battery cell products.
