[SVOLT Energy Technology's Sodium-Ion Battery Deployment] Recently, another sodium-ion battery anode material project has passed the filing process. The project is named the "Annual Production of 1.3 Million mt Sodium-Ion Battery Anode Material Project in Suining Economic and Technological Development Zone," and the project entity is SVOLT Energy Technology (Suining) Co., Ltd.

SVOLT Energy Technology (Suining) Co., Ltd. was established in 2021. It is a member of Baoding-based Great Wall Holdings Group, located in Suining City, Sichuan Province, and primarily engaged in the production and supply of electricity and thermal energy. The company's shareholders are SVOLT Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "SVOLT Energy") and CCB Financial Asset Investment Co., Ltd., with the former being the controlling shareholder holding a 64.3333% stake.
