This week, cascade utilization market prices remained stable. In terms of supply, following last week's Lantern Festival, the production of cascade utilization enterprises has mostly returned to normal, and the production activities of battery cell manufacturers and traders have gradually recovered, leading to an increase in the supply of waste battery cells for cascade utilization. On the demand side, although many enterprises have started purchasing waste battery cells for production, due to market oversupply and continuously declining prices, upstream enterprises' attempts to maintain prices have been met with resistance from cascade utilization producers, who are reluctant to purchase at high prices. Actual transactions are limited to essential demand. In the short term, waste battery cell prices are expected to remain stable, but with the anticipated growth in battery cell production and retirement volumes, supply may further increase, potentially causing prices to drop slightly.
