[LME Approves Hong Kong as a Delivery Location]
SMM, January 20: The London Metal Exchange (LME) announced today that it has approved Hong Kong as one of its authorized delivery locations. Hong Kong will join LME's existing warehousing network spanning 32 countries and regions across the US, Europe, and Asia. LME will allow the delivery of seven metals in Hong Kong: copper, aluminum, zinc, lead, tin, nickel, and aluminum alloy. Hong Kong is set to officially commence operations three months after the first warehousing company is approved.
