Ningbo Tuopu Group Co., Ltd. recently announced its plan to acquire 100% equity of Wuhu Changpeng Auto Parts Co., Ltd., jointly held by Anhui Yuesu Auto Industry Co., Ltd., Wuhu Chery Technology Co., Ltd., and Anhui Yuanxiang Investment Management Partnership (Limited Partnership), for no more than 330 million yuan. Upon completion of this acquisition, Wuhu Changpeng will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tuopu Group and will be included in its consolidated financial statements.
Established in 2007, Wuhu Changpeng focuses on the R&D and application of NVH, thermal insulation, lightweight environmental protection materials, and related processes. It is dedicated to providing comprehensive interior and exterior soft trim solutions, NVH solutions, and OEM supporting services for various automotive cabins. The company's clients include well-known automakers such as Chery, BYD, Geely, Volkswagen, JAC, and Leap Motor.
