【Ganfeng Lithium's Nanchang Battery Base Officially Commences Operation】

On December 16, Ganfeng LiEnergy's (Nanchang) lithium battery production site commenced operation, just over a year after the project was officially announced, demonstrating significant progress. According to reports, the project is located in the Xinjian Economic Development Zone and is planned to include a new-type lithium battery research institute, as well as production lines for 10 GWh of new-type energy storage lithium batteries, 400,000 consumer lithium batteries, and solid-state lithium-ion batteries annually. Upon completion, the project is expected to achieve an annual industrial output value of approximately 6 billion yuan, provide over 2,500 jobs, and become a leading domestic base integrating the research and manufacturing of 3C digital lithium batteries, power energy storage lithium batteries, new-type solid-state lithium battery cells, and PACK system assembly.
