Jidian Shares Plans to Invest in a 200MW Wind and Solar Power Integrated Storage Project in Zhangjiakou
SMM has learned that on the evening of December 12, Jidian Shares announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Inner Mongolia Jidian Smart Energy Co., Ltd., through its invested company, Huai'an Zhengrun New Energy Co., Ltd., and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Huai'an Zhengrun New Energy Power Generation Co., Ltd., plans to invest in a 200 megawatt wind and solar power integrated storage project in Huai'an County, Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province. The dynamic investment for this project is 1.26 billion yuan.
Jidian Shares stated that the dynamic investment for the project is 1,259,952.9 million yuan. Considering power rationing, the average annual utilization of wind power is 2,054 hours, and for the PV project, it is 1,396 hours. Taking into account future market-based trading leading to fluctuations in electricity prices, the internal rate of return on equity is 8.11%, and the investment payback period (after tax) is 12.05 years.
