The total steel shipments from ports across the country, as recorded by SMM, amounted to 6.1931 million tonnes, marking a decrease of 0.8411 million tonnes or 12% from the previous week. Among these, the six major northern ports (Jingtang Port, Caofeidian Port, Bayuquan Port, Tianjin Xingang Port, Huanghua Port, and Jinzhou Port) dispatched a total of 2.2865 million tonnes, up by 0.2567 million tonnes from the previous week, accounting for 37% of the total shipments.
