**Indonesia's Domestic Trade Nickel Laterite Price Premium for Next Month Shows Significant Decline**
Recently, there has been a noticeable intention for a decline in the premium price for the procurement negotiations of Indonesia's domestic trade nickel laterite for next month. Some market prices have already attempted to drop to a premium range of USD 17 to 19 per wet tonne, representing a decrease of approximately USD 5 per wet tonne compared to the mainstream premium range in October and a reduction of around USD 3 to 4 per wet tonne compared to the mainstream CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) prices of Indonesia's domestic trade nickel laterite in October. Currently, some smelters still face the situation where not all orders of domestic trade nickel laterite purchased at higher premium prices in October have been fully executed. It is expected that, influenced by this news, the premium prices for Indonesia's domestic trade nickel laterite in November, which downstream smelters have been negotiating recently, will also converge towards the price range of USD 17 to 19 per wet tonne. Coupled with the relatively stable prices of high-nickel pig iron recently, it is anticipated that the profit margins of smelters will experience some recovery.
