Data released on Thursday showed that US retail sales grew 0.4% in September, slightly above expectations. The number of initial jobless claims in the US last week reached 241,000, lower than the market forecast of 260,000, bolstering expectations that the Federal Reserve will cut interest rates at a slower pace over the next year. On Thursday and Friday, four domestic departments held a press conference to unveil a series of policies aimed at continuing to stabilize the real estate market.
