Today, the Lian Tie market experienced a relatively strong volatile trend. The main contract I2501 closed at 800.5, with a daily increase of 1.97%. Traders demonstrated a strong willingness to ship goods, and speculative transactions increased significantly; steel mills adopted a cautious wait-and-see attitude, with low purchasing intentions. The trading atmosphere was bleak today. Transaction prices fell by 5-15 yuan/ton from the high prices last Saturday. Given the support from both the fundamentals and macroeconomic factors of iron ore, it is expected that the market will maintain a relatively strong volatile trend in the short term. ........
