【SMM Daily Transaction Volume of Hot Rolled Coils】On September 25th, the total daily transaction volume of hot rolled coils among the sample enterprises in the four cities of SMM (Shanghai, Lecong, Tianjin, and Ningbo) reached 12,520 tonnes, with a day-on-day decrease of 4,690 tonnes, or 27.3%.

The futures market showed an initial rise followed by a decline, with a relatively good trading atmosphere in the morning but cooled down in the afternoon. Market participants adopted a wait-and-see attitude, coupled with the fact that early demand had been released, leading to an average overall daily transaction volume of hot rolled coils throughout the day.
