With the implementation of the eighth round of coke price cuts, transactions in the coking coal market have weakened once again. The downstream coke enterprises continue to suffer losses, and their willingness to purchase has notably decreased. Meanwhile, considering that the supply of coking coal is still relatively abundant, and coal mines still have room for price concessions, downstream coke enterprises are strongly inclined to suppress the prices of coking coal. In the short term, given the relatively loose supply and the ongoing losses faced by downstream coke enterprises, it is expected that coking coal prices will fluctuate in a weaker trend.
