[Sodium-ion Battery Energy Storage Demonstration Project: Taian County Plans to Build a 100MW/200MWh Sodium-ion Battery Energy Storage Demonstration Project] On September 4, 2024, the Development and Reform Commission of Anshan City, Liaoning Province, successfully promoted the city's sodium-ion battery energy storage project into the provincial new energy storage plan, securing a demonstration project construction index. It is planned to build a 100MW/200MWh sodium-ion battery energy storage demonstration project near the Xinkai Substation in Taian County. Currently, Xingkong Sodium-ion Battery has conducted multiple meetings and negotiations with Taian County, actively promoting the implementation of the project.
