Beijing (Gasgoo)- Changan Automobile recently saw the NEVO E07 model roll off the production line at its digital intelligent factory. This mid-to-large SUV under the new energy vehicle range NEVO has already started blind pre-orders and is set to officially hit the market later this year.

The NEVO E07, the first product based on Changan's SDA architecture, boasts deep integration of digital and intelligent features. Its unique design includes a coupe-like sloping roofline that smoothly descends in a closed state. Notably, the top part of the E07’s rear can be fully opened like a sunroof, transforming the SUV into a pickup truck.

The SUV offers spacious dimensions, measuring 5,045mm in length and 1,996mm in width, with three height options of 1,640mm, 1,665mm, and 1,695mm, and a wheelbase of 3,120mm.

Inside, the NEVO E07 features a minimalist center console design, eliminating traditional physical instrument screens in favor of a centralized control screen. Additionally, a hidden foldable screen above the front passenger seat can be controlled via a voice assistant, catering to passenger entertainment needs.

On the intelligent driving front, the NEVO E07 is equipped with Changan's self-developed advanced driver assistance system. This system includes 11 cameras, 5 millimeter-wave radars, 12 ultrasonic radars, and 2 LiDAR units, supporting functions such as lane-keeping assistance, lane change assistance, lane centering, automatic parking, valet parking, and highway pilot.

In terms of power, the NEVO E07 offers both two-wheel and four-wheel drive options. The two-wheel drive models provide motors with maximum power outputs of 165kW and 252kW, reaching a top speed of 201km/h. The four-wheel drive model features front and rear motors with power outputs of 188kW and 252kW, respectively, delivering a total power of 440kW and a top speed of 210km/h.

The vehicle is equipped with Changan’s Golden Shield ternary lithium batteries, offering both extended-range and battery-electric power options. The driving range varies, with options of 551km, 651km, 701km, and 1,000km, and supports 800V high-voltage fast charging technology.
