On the evening of July 8th, Zhuhai Grepow announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary in Malaysia, Unis Technology Malaysia Limited, plans to invest in the Malaysia Grepow Battery New Energy Project, with a total investment not exceeding 2 billion yuan. Zhuhai Grepow is mainly engaged in the research, development, production, and sales of consumer batteries, and is also promoting its layout in the field of power and energy storage batteries. The production capacity layout for consumer products is mainly concentrated in China. The new production base investment in Malaysia will help better expand international markets and respond to the needs of overseas consumer customers, further improving the company's global manufacturing layout. Consumer batteries are currently the company's core products, and the company's future investment planning in consumer batteries will still mainly focus on notebook and tablet batteries, as well as smartphone batteries.
