【Brazil terminates anti-dumping investigation against China's color-coated sheets】

The Foreign Trade Secretariat of the Ministry of Development, Industry, Trade and Services of Brazil issued Bulletin No. 22 of 2024, stating that since the applicant, Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional (CSN), refused to conduct on-site inspections, which affected the analysis of the case, the anti-dumping investigation against color-coated sheets (in Portuguese: aços pré-pintados) originating from China was terminated without making a judgment on the case. The MERCOSUR tax numbers of the products involved in the case are 7210.70.10, 7210.70.20, 7212.40.10, 7212.40.21, and 7212.40.29.
