Price: The price of silica is mainly stable, and the demand for silica is generally at a low level at the end of the year. Silicon companies in the southwest produce with low operating rates, and the demand for raw material is not high. Silica procurement is mainly by silicon companies in the northwest. The ex-mine price of low-grade silica in Yunnan is 350-370 yuan/ton. At present, the ex-mine price of high-grade silica in Inner Mongolia is 400-420 yuan/ton with the average down 5 yuan/ton.

Silica

Price: The price of silica is mainly stable, and the demand for silica is generally at a low level at the end of the year. Silicon companies in the southwest produce with low operating rates, and the demand for raw material is not high. Silica procurement is mainly by silicon companies in the northwest. The ex-mine price of low-grade silica in Yunnan is 350-370 yuan/ton. At present, the ex-mine price of high-grade silica in Inner Mongolia is 400-420 yuan/ton with the average down 5 yuan/ton. The ex-mine price of high-grade silica in Hubei is 420-480 yuan/ton. The ex-mine price of high-grade silica in Guizhou is 300-340 yuan/ton.

Output: The supply of silica is normal.

Inventory: Downstream silicon companies are mainly consuming raw material inventories. Recently, some silicon companies in the northwest have almost completed the consumption of raw ore inventories, and there may be a need to replenish raw materials in the future.

Industrial silicon metal

Price: The silicon price trend this week remains weak. Yesterday, the price of above-standard #553 silicon in east China was around 13,800 yuan/ton, and the 99 silicon orders in the north-west reached 13,000 yuan/ton. Yesterday afternoon, a small number of silicon plants lowered their quotes. The overall price of industrial silicon remains weak.

Output: On the supply side, about 10 furnaces in Xinjiang have recently been shut down for maintenance, and the impact is expected to last about a month; the operating rates of silicon companies in other regions are basically stable for the time being. The recent market situation has continued to be sluggish, silicon prices have accelerated, silicon companies are pessimistic, industry losses have expanded, and production enthusiasm has declined.

Social inventory: According to SMM statistics, the national social inventory of industrial silicon totaled 365,000 tons on March 22, a week-on-week increase of 2,000 tons. The inventory of general public warehouses was 107,000 tons, a growth of 2,000 tons from a week earlier, and the inventory of public delivery warehouses was 258,000 tons (including the part that has not been registered as warehouse receipts), flat from last week. Factory inventory: Recently, Xinjiang's leading silicon companies and a small number of silicon factories have lowered their quotations significantly, which has led to a slight destocking of the overall factory inventory.

Silicone

Price

DMC: The current price is 15500-16200 yuan/ton, and the price fell this week.

D4: The current quotation is 15800-16500 yuan/ton, and the price fell this week.

107 silicone rubber:The current quotation is 15800-16300 yuan/ton, and the price fell this week.

110 methyl vinyl silicone rubber:The current price is 17500-18000 yuan/ton, and the price fell this week.

Silicone oil: The current quotation is 17000-18300 yuan/ton, and the price fell this week.

Output: As of now, one DMC enterprise in Jiangsu is undergoing repairs. In addition, there are enterprises in Shandong, Hubei, and Jiangxi that are not operating at capacity. The industry's operating rate was stable from last week.

Inventory: Inventory continues to accumulate this week. Currently, downstream companies are on the sidelines amid the falling raw material prices. The inventory on hand can still maintain normal production. The willingness to purchase has dropped significantly. The risk of DMC inventory accumulation continues to rise.

Polysilicon

Price

Polysilicon: The mainstream prices of recharging polysilicon and dense polysilicon were 56-63 yuan/kg and 53-60 yuan/kg respectively yesterday.

Production

The current polysilicon production schedule remains normal. A new base of a leading company will be put into production in April, which will bring a certain increase.

Inventory

At present, the inventory of polysilicon continues to increase, and N-type materials are also overstocked due to the increase in the proportion of cauliflower materials purchased by downstream buyers. The current inventory has exceeded 100,000 tons.

Silicon wafer

Price

The mainstream average traded price of monocrystalline silicon wafer M10 and G12 stood at 1.9-1.95 yuan/piece and 2.65-2.7 yuan/piece respectively. N-type 182 silicon wafer price dropped to 1.65-1.75 yuan/piece.

Production

At present, silicon wafer production has been reduced by some second-tier companies, but since the operating rate of leading companies has not dropped significantly, silicon wafers in April currently only see a slight decline.

Inventory

At present, silicon wafer inventory continues to accumulate, and the overall inventory has continued to rise for nearly 20 days, and inventory pressure continues to increase.

High-purity quartz sand

Price

Recently, the price of high-purity quartz sand middle layer sand was stable. The domestic price of inner layer sand is 390,000-440,000 yuan/ton, the price of middle layer sand is 150,000-200,000 yuan/ton, and the price of outer layer sand is 50,000-120,000 yuan/ton.

Production

Recently, the output of domestic inner layer sand has basically remained stable, while the output of middle and outer layer sand has further increased, and will continue to increase in the future.

Inventory

In terms of inventory, the quartz sand inventory of domestic high-purity quartz sand leading enterprises continues to increase. According to SMM, its inventory currently exceeds 10,000 tons.
