The latest news: "SMM import ore profits remain resilient; SMM shipping data shows that the global iron ore total shipment volume last week was 31.82 million tons, an increase of 18.7% from the previous period. Among them, 17.44 million tons were shipped from Australia, an increase of 16.8% from the previous period; 13.27 million tons were shipped from Australia to China, with an increased proportion to China. However, affected by the previous decrease in global shipment volume, the volume of arrivals in this period continued to decrease by 2.38%. According to SMM blast furnace maintenance data, it is expected that there will still be a small increase in hot metal this week, but the pre-holiday replenishment of steel mills has basically ended, and the overall demand for iron ore is stable, with no significant supply and demand conflicts. The main focus is on the influence of macro policies and news, and it is expected that iron ore will continue to fluctuate at a high level, and import ore profits are expected to continue to fluctuate.
