On December 15th, Anhui Yijiatong Battery Co., Ltd. held a joint signing ceremony for project investment cooperation with the People's Government of Laohekou City, Hubei, strategic cooperation with Zhejiang Zhongli Machinery Co., Ltd., and intention of cooperation with Xiangyang Urban Area Yangtze River Industrial Investment Fund (Laohekou Special Sub-Fund) at Nanhu Hotel in Xiangyang, Hubei.
The four parties jointly signed the "4GWh Industrial Power Lithium Battery Cell and PACK Production Line Project Investment Cooperation Agreement", "Strategic Cooperation Agreement between Zhongli Shares and Anhui Yijiatong", and "Yijiatong B Round Xiangyang Urban Area Yangtze River Industrial Investment Fund (Laohekou Special Sub-Fund) Investment Intention Agreement".
It is reported that the Anhui Yijiatong Laohekou project plans to invest 2 billion yuan. After completion and production, it will provide industrial support for new energy forklifts of Zhongli Shares, filling the gap in Laohekou City's strategic emerging industry layout in the new energy lithium battery industry.
