The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has announced the "2023 5G Factory Directory", in which three 5G factory projects of Angang Group were successfully selected. These 5G factories use the new generation of information and communication technology to comprehensively transform the production site, achieving widespread connection of production units, deep integration of information operation, full utilization of data elements, and efficient empowerment of innovative applications in advanced factories. It is understood that a total of 300 5G factory projects were selected for the directory.

They have vigorously promoted the deep integration of new generation information technologies such as 5G, cloud computing, big data, and artificial intelligence with steel and mining production and manufacturing scenes, and built intelligent manufacturing demonstration factories to empower high-quality development.
