Both parties will fully leverage their respective advantages in the industry chain resources, equipment manufacturing, and station operation to carry out joint ventures and cooperation in the field of domestic and international retired lithium battery resource recycling. According to the information, Teng Qingqing Renewable Resources is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Honeycomb Energy, mainly engaged in the recycling of waste power batteries, development of recycling technology, and harmless treatment of battery plant waste and retired batteries. It is an important platform for Honeycomb Energy's complete industry chain development of lithium batteries and the construction of a recycling system."
