Nuode Investment announced on the evening of September 20 that the company's controlling subsidiary Hubei Nord Lithium Battery Materials and Technological Development Zone Management Committee of Huangshi City, Hubei Province plan to sign a Project Investment Contract to invest in the construction of the Nuode Composite Current Collector Industrial Park project, with a total planned investment of 2.5 billion yuan. Fixed-assets investment stood at 2 billion yuan.
After the project is completed and reaches production, it is expected to produce 420 million square meters of composite aluminum foil and composite copper foil annually, with an annual output value of approximately 4 billion yuan. The production equipment line is flexible equipment and is compatible with the production of composite aluminum foil and composite copper foil.
The project will be constructed in two phases. Among them, the construction period of the first phase is 6 months, and it is planned that at least one line will be completed and put into operation before the end of June 2024.
