Heilongjiang will usher in the largest precipitation process since the flood season and start the four-level emergency response for flood control

The Heilongjiang Provincial Meteorological Bureau predicts that from July 13th to 16th, Heilongjiang will usher in the largest precipitation process since the flood season. There will be heavy rain in most of the province, rainstorms in the southwest and central regions, and heavy rainstorms in individual cities and counties. There was the cumulative precipitation of 60-80 mm in the south of Heihe River, east of Yichun, Qiqihar, Daqing, Suihua, Harbin, Hegang, west of Jiamusi, and west of Shuangyashan. Among them, precipitation in the south of Qiqihar, Daqing, southern Suihua, most of Harbin, Hegang, western Jiamusi, and western Shuangyashan can reach 100-120 mm. The rainfall at individual stations can reach 200 millimeters, and c is 60-80 millimeters.
