On June 25, Ansteel Group Mining Co. signed a contract with the Liaoyang Municipal People's Government on the green mining and beneficiation project for Gongchangling iron ore mine.
The total investment of the project is about 8.781 billion yuan, including the mining project of the Hejia open-pit mine and the mining project of the Dumu mining area.
After the completion of this project, a total of 9.75 million mt of iron ore and 3.2 million mt of iron ore concentrate will be increased. The mine will realise smart, green and efficient development, and effectively improve the ability to guarantee iron ore resources.
