The raw material inventory/output ratio of copper plate/sheet and strip enterprises stood at 21.27% in May, up 0.75 percentage point from the previous month.
The significant declines in copper prices drove some companies to continue to restock raw material inventory. Meanwhile, poorer orders slowed down the depletion of raw material inventory (Raw material inventory/output ratio = raw material inventory / monthly output).
