SHANGHAI, Apr 12 (SMM) - Russian oil exports have remained high over the past year thanks to purchases by Asian countries such as India. However, sanctions imposed by Western countries are starting to have an impact.
Russian seaborne oil exports fell by 1.24 million barrels per day last week, posting the biggest weekly decline since December.
