He expected that China's GDP will grow by more than 5% in 2023. China's optimisation of COVID-19 control measures will help improve its and even global economic growth prospects. China's private investment is active, and the monetary policy offers more counter-cyclical flexibility. The government has been encouraging the service industry, especially healthcare and tourism, said Malpass.
