SHANGHAI, Mar 16 (SMM) – The total inventory of HRC across social warehouses and steel makers in China stood at 10.84 million mt as of March 16, down 443,200 mt or 3.9% from a week ago, a drop of 10.2% on the year.
The inventory across social warehouses was 7.81 million mt, down 265,800 mt or 3.29% from a week ago, a drop of 12.9% on the year.
The in-plant inventory of steel makers totalled 3.03 million mt, down 177,500 mt or 5.5% from a week ago, and a drop of 2.6% on the year.
