The National Development and Reform Commission recently organised the second inter-ministerial joint meeting on the implementation of 102 major projects in the 14th Five-Year Plan. The meeting requested that the coordination and linkage effect of the central government, departments, and local organization mechanisms should be further improved, and the main responsibility of the leading department should be effectively strengthened, the mid-term evaluation work should be conscientiously done, and the allocation of various elements and resources to 102 major projects should be continuously promoted, so as to accelerate the implementation of major projects.
