SHANGHAI, Feb 28 (SMM) - Recently, the first phase of the 120 MW project of the Puerto Peñasco PV Power Station of the Mexican Federal Electricity Commission has been completed. According to SMM, the Peñasco project is the first national-level solar energy project led by the Mexican government. It is located in Sonora, Mexico, and has a total planned capacity of 1 Gw. After the project is fully completed, it will become one of the top 10 PV projects in the world and the largest PV project in the entire Latin American region.
