On the morning of March 31, 2022, all the special railway lines of Jingye Group were completed.
Newly-built dedicated line 22.508km of Jingye Group, with a total investment of about 2.362 billion yuan. It starts from Xibaipo Station of Shuohuang Railway and passes through 26 villages in 5 townships of Donghuishe Town, Dawu Township, Gangnan Town, Lianghe Township and Nandian Town in Pingshan County to Jingye Group dedication Station at the end of the line. The newly built special line of Jingye Group is an electrified railway with zero pollutant discharge, with a design speed of 80km/h, a minimum curve radius of 400m, a limited slope of 6 ‰, a traction quality of 5500t and a design axle load of 25t. The main projects of the project are as follows: 5 newly built bridges (4857m), one tunnel (510m), 49 frame culverts and 58200m track laying, including 20500m for main line track laying, 37700m for station line track laying and 5.24 million m ³for earthwork of the whole line.
The dedicated railway line of Jingye Group was officially launched in August 2020 and completed on March 31, 2022, which took 19 months. After opening to traffic, Jingye Group's raw materials such as mineral powder and bulk goods such as steel can be transported "door to door". The goods can be transported 35.42 million tons in the near future and 45.81 million tons in the future. It is expected to reduce the traffic of about 1.3 million heavy trucks per year in Pingshan County, effectively reduce road dust and vehicle exhaust emissions, promote the adjustment and upgrading of transport structure, and build a green low-carbon logistics system. It is of great significance to speed up the improvement of urban and rural environmental air quality and stimulate the vitality of regional economic development.
