On March 19, 2022, with the successful rolling of the first steel in Jianlong Xi Steel, Yichun City, Heilongjiang Province, the heat load test run of the 1.6 million ton double high bar hot machine rolling production line project of Jianlong Xi Steel was successfully completed, which indicates that this domestic first-class production line with high yield, high quality, high efficiency, low cost and intelligence has officially entered the trial production stage.
The double high bar project of Jianlong Xi Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. has built an intelligent combustion double regenerative walking reheating furnace, 28 high stiffness rolling mills of five units, domestic high speed steel feeding system and other equipment, with a design capacity of 1.6 million tons per year. The main products are Φ 12mm ~ Φ 16mm hot rolled ribbed steel bars.
The project is at the forefront of the industry in terms of scientific and technological innovation and intelligent manufacturing.
In terms of scientific and technological innovation--
1. The reheating furnace adopts the technology of "stratified mixing + pulse combustion + flue gas backblowing", flue gas NOx ≤ 90mg/Nm ³, realizing low nitrogen combustion, optimizing the angle of step inclined rail, matching hydraulic servo control, and realizing the shortest stepping period of 26s for the same type of reheating furnace.
2. Through the diameter measuring instrument arranged in front of the finishing mill and the position detection of the head of the rolling piece, as well as the imported precision crossbeam of the pre-cutting mill, the line difference of the finished product is guaranteed to be less than 80mm.
3. The innovative hot machine rolling technology of "high speed + low temperature + fast cooling" is adopted to produce steel bars with grain size > 10, so that the cost of rolling process of V-free low Mn, steel can be reduced by 60 yuan / ton.
4. the waste heat of cold bed steel can be used for heating or bathing, so as to realize the recovery and utilization of heat energy.
In terms of intelligent manufacturing--
1. Factory visualization. Through the proportional modeling of the real production line, the animation of the double high bar production line is displayed in real time in 3D dynamic form, and the key information of the main equipment is pushed in real time.
2. Visual inspection of stacking steel. Carry on the intelligent perception detection to the process key station and guide the control system to make control adjustment in time, in order to ensure the continuity and efficiency of production.
3. Intelligent device management. Through the real-time on-line automatic monitoring of the equipment, combined with the equipment structure characteristics, parameters, historical operation and maintenance information, intelligently judge the fault location, cause and fault source of the equipment, and greatly improve the operation reliability of the equipment.
4. Wisdom product library. Realize the automatic operation of the storage and outbound of the finished bar, as well as the unmanned operation of four cars.
The project began on June 19, 2021, with a construction period of 9 months, 57 days ahead of schedule, setting a record for the shortest construction period of similar projects in alpine areas. After the project reaches production, it is expected to achieve annual sales income of 7.52 billion yuan, tax of 116 million yuan, profit of 77.36 million yuan, and various technical and economic indicators to reach the advanced level of the same industry.
After the stable operation of the production line, Jianlong Xi Steel will shift its focus to reaching the output standard and optimizing the index, and strive to achieve production and efficiency within two months, laying the foundation for Jianlong Xi Steel to build the most cost-advantageous construction steel production base in Northeast China.
