In 2021, in view of the 16 special key projects carried out, the party committee of the factory actively explored and promoted the working mechanism of "uncovering the list and leading the leadership" of party members, made great efforts to solve the difficulties and bottlenecks in production and operation, and improved the ability of equipment support. to ensure "stable, continuous and efficient" production, and the product quality has been steadily improved. Since the start of the work, a large number of production problems such as low washing efficiency of the tail gas system have been solved, and the stable operation ability of low temperature chlorination-oxidation docking has been further improved. the output of refined titanium tetrachloride for the whole year increased by 27% compared with the same period last year, and the output of titanium chloride white increased by 21% over the same period last year.

Behind the good results are the accurate positioning and precise policies of the party committee of the factory in tackling key problems of "unveiling the list" of party members. On the one hand, the party committee of the factory grasped the characteristics of "high education, strong professional skills, and rich work experience" of the ranks of party members, and mobilized party members to actively claim key projects. The number of projects claimed by party members accounted for nearly 70% of the total number of projects, and the number of party members on duty was nearly 50%.
