On the evening of January 21st, Chuan Heng (002895) announced that the company's holding subsidiary Guizhou Hengda Mining Holdings Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hengda Mining") and Jinyuan Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jinyuan shares") signed a "strategic cooperation agreement" in Binjiang District, Hangzhou.

According to the agreement, in order to achieve complementary advantages and coordinated development of the upstream and downstream of the new energy industry, the two sides plan to carry out investment cooperation in the areas of deep processing of new energy lithium materials and joint search and development of salt lake lithium extraction projects, so as to jointly achieve mutual benefit and coordinated development.

Specifically, the two sides agreed to strengthen cooperation in the deep processing of new energy lithium materials, the comprehensive utilization of solid (hazardous) waste, and the search and development of salt lake lithium extraction projects; to carry out joint research on the recycling of waste lithium batteries, independently or jointly with other strategic partners to carry out investment or M & An activities to recycle waste lithium batteries; Make use of the qualification and technical advantages of Jinyuan shares to comprehensively utilize the phosphorus-containing hazardous solid waste produced by Hengda Mining Industry in the process of iron phosphate processing.

It is reported that Chuanheng Co., Ltd. is a leading enterprise in the field of phosphorus chemical industry. it has formed a phosphorus chemical circular economy industry group of mining, phosphate production, phosphorus chemical technology innovation, development and utilization of associated resources, phosphogypsum building materials, phosphorus nutrition technical services and product sales, with a production and marketing capacity of about 600000 tons per year.

Battery Network noted that since it was announced in July last year to increase the production and sales of iron phosphate, lithium iron phosphate and lithium hexafluorophosphate within the company's existing business scope, Sichuan Heng Co., Ltd. is speeding up its layout on the new energy track.

On September 7, 2021, Chuanheng issued an announcement that the company and Guoxuan Group signed the Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement and the Investment Cooperation Agreement in Hefei, Anhui Province. The two sides will cooperate in the field of phosphorus battery materials and fluorine battery materials and jointly set up a joint venture company with a planned production capacity of no less than 500000 tons / year of iron phosphate.

On September 16 of the same year, Chuanheng announced that the company intends to sign an "Investment Project Cooperation Agreement" with the people's Government of Fuquan City, Guizhou Province, and intends to invest in the construction of a "mineralized integrated" new energy material recycling industry project in Fuquan City in two phases.

On November 1st, Chuanheng shares announced that the company, together with Lanjian Investment and Chen Yong, increased the capital of Wanpeng Company. Yibin Wanpeng Times Science and Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Wanpeng Company, planned to invest in the construction of a project with an annual output of 100000 tons of lithium iron phosphate cathode materials.

On December 3, Chuan Heng shares and Xin Wangda signed the "Weng'an County" mineralization Integration "New Energy Materials Recycling Industry Project Investment Agreement" with the people's Government of Weng'an County. The second "mineralization in one" new energy materials project is to be built in Qiannan Prefecture, Guizhou Province.

According to the latest research report of Everbright Securities, Chuanheng shares currently has an overall plan to produce 1.6 million tons of iron phosphate and related supporting capacity, and has signed a cooperation agreement with downstream manufacturers such as Guoxuan Holdings and Xinwangda for deep binding. On the one hand, the partners can form industrial synergy and realize the exchange of product technology, on the other hand, it can improve the certainty of the production capacity of new energy materials such as iron phosphate. In 2022, the company will take the lead in putting into production capacity of 200000 tons of iron phosphate, which is in the forefront of the industry and has obvious first-mover advantages. In terms of upstream resources, the overall production capacity planning (including completed production capacity) of the four major phosphate mines controlled or invested by the company amounts to 10.5 million tons, and the converted equity production capacity is about 8 million tons, superimposing the company's complete phosphorus chemical industry chain. The company has a significant cost advantage in iron phosphate products.

In addition, according to the annual performance forecast of Chuanheng shares in 2021, the company estimated that the net profit attributed to shareholders of listed companies last year reached 314 million yuan to 371 million yuan, an increase of 120% MUE 160% over the same period last year. According to the company's analysis, after the company acquired the mining rights and related assets of Fuquan phosphate rock in 2021, self-use phosphate rock was strongly protected, and the production cost of products decreased compared with the same period last year; the sales unit price of major products and phosphate rock increased, and the operating income increased; the gross profit margin of major products and phosphate rock increased year-on-year, and the company's operating performance increased significantly.
