On the evening of January 10, Longyi Technology (603906) issued a performance forecast for 2021, saying that the company expects to achieve a net profit of 327 million yuan to 359 million yuan belonging to shareholders of listed companies in 2021, an increase of 124 million yuan to 156 million yuan over the same period last year, or 61% Mur77% over the same period last year. In addition, Changzhou Liyuan New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. Data show that Changzhou Liyuan is a subsidiary of Longyi Technology Holdings, established in May 2021, headquartered in Jintan District, Changzhou City. The company is committed to the R & D, production and sales of core materials for lithium-ion batteries. The core product cathode material LFP, is widely used in new energy vehicles, energy storage systems and other fields. At present, it has a number of wholly-owned subsidiaries, including Tianjin Nano, Jiangsu Nano, Shandong Lithium Source, Sichuan Lithium Source, Hubei Lithium Source and so on.

According to Dragon Technology, the main reason for the pre-increase in performance is the impact of the main business.

On April 23, 2021, Dragon Technology deliberated and passed the motion on the acquisition of Beitre (Tianjin) Nanomaterials Manufacturing Co., Ltd. And Jiangsu Beit Nano Technology Co., Ltd. and related transactions by its holding subsidiary. Changzhou Liyuan, the company's holding subsidiary, agreed to acquire the 100% equity interest in Tianjin Nano held by Shenzhen Beit Nano Technology Co., Ltd. for 329 million yuan in cash. Buy 100% equity of Jiangsu Nano with 516 million yuan in cash.

On June 11 of the same year, Longyi Technology completed the equity delivery and industrial and commercial change in the acquisition of Tianjin Nano and Jiangsu Nano. Since then, the above-mentioned target company has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Changzhou Lithium Source and the controlling grandson company of Longyi Technology.

Based on this, Changzhou Liyuan, a subsidiary of Longyi Technology Holdings, is expected to achieve an operating income of 1.889 billion yuan and sales of 30500 tons in 2021, with an estimated net profit of 234 million yuan, of which the net profit attributed to the owner of the parent company is 185 million yuan. The estimated operating income in the fourth quarter of 2021 is 1.21 billion yuan, the sales volume is 15500 tons, and the estimated net profit is 175 million yuan, of which the net profit attributed to the owner of the parent company is 132 million yuan.

Battery Network noted that with the global upsurge of new energy, power battery leader Ningde era (300750) is also constantly arranging upstream raw materials, strengthening cooperation with Longyi science and technology and then locking capacity.

On the evening of December 17, 2021, Longyi Science and Technology announced that in order to expand the existing production capacity of lithium iron phosphate and further meet customer order demand, Changzhou Lithium Source, the company's holding subsidiary, plans to invest about 800 million yuan to build a new "lithium iron phosphate cathode material project" in Juancheng. The expansion capacity was booked by Ningde Times, and the agreement stipulates that Ningde Times will underwrite the full production capacity of Shandong Lithium Source new project from the date of commissioning (expected July 2022) to December 31, 2023 (a total of about 75000 tons). Ningde Times can designate a third direction for Shandong Lithium Phosphate cathode material, and Shandong Lithium Source will be supplied according to the order of the third party designated by Ningde Times or Ningde Times. At the same time, in order to support the construction of the new construction project of Shandong Lithium Source, Ningde Times intends to give Shandong Lithium Source an advance of RMB 350 million for the construction capacity of Shandong Lithium Source.

In addition, recently, the battery network learned from the enterprise search that Changzhou Liyuan added Ningbo Meishan bonded Port Investment Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as: Mengding Investment), Fujian Times Mindong New Energy Industry Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as: time Mindong) as shareholders, registered capital increased by 34.77% to 481 million. It is reported that Mengding Investment was established in April 2017 and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ningde Times. Mindong Times was jointly funded by Ningde Times and Qingdao SAIC Investment Fund, a subsidiary of SAIC Group, in February this year. Among them, Ningde era's shareholding is 21.92%, Qingdao SAIC's shareholding is 40%.

Ningde era is already an important supply customer of Changzhou Lithium Source, and this investment marks the further deepening of the cooperative relationship between Ningde era and Longyi Technology, which will be able to better control the supply in the future.

What is noteworthy is that on January 4, the second phase of the Sichuan Lithium Source High performance Lithium electricity New material Project of Longchuan Science and Technology was officially launched, which is a large-scale production project of lithium iron phosphate, a cathode material for lithium power and energy storage. with the formal start of the project, the green industrial layout of Longyi Technology has been upgraded again.
