Brief introduction of Jiangxi Gerun New material Co., Ltd.

Jiangxi Gerun New Materials Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Changhong Gerun Holdings, is an important part of Changhong Gerun's 14th five-year strategic plan and strategic layout of lithium power business. It was established in 2021. It is located in Yuxing Intelligent Manufacturing Science and Technology Park, Dayu County, Ganzhou, Jiangxi Province. It has four factories with an area of about 12800 square feet, and four production lines such as detection line, discharge line, broken line, pole line and so on are proposed. There are also testing laboratories and office space of 1300 square meters.

The discharge line solves the industry problems such as high storage risk, slow Discharge (output per hour can reach more than 2 tons), no pollution, no waste water discharge and so on.

The crushing and sorting line independently developed by Gerun has been installed and has begun to enter the commissioning stage with materials. This line has the advantages of large output, good product quality, high metal recovery, one-time separation of copper and aluminum, etc.

The research and development of live crushing technology and related equipment has been successfully completed in 2021. Through continuous improvement and application, installation and commissioning have been completed, and continuous production of 2 tons per hour has been achieved.

The second recycling production line of 10,000 tons of waste lithium batteries (including the recovery and disposal line of cathode materials) will be built in 2022. After completion, the capacity will reach 30,000 tons of lithium battery waste, with an output value of more than 600 million.
